Once the conceptual design and floor plans have been established and approved, we will dive deep into designing. From detailed interior design and millwork drawings to sourcing all finishes & fixtures, we will present all finalized designs to our clients as a whole. Once the designs are approved and finalized, we document everything in our Specification Binder. Our level of detail often results in very little review needing to be had with the builder and other trades as everything is easily understood and organized to be successfully executed.
